Live Large with New Range
Compatible with rural, semi-rural and large metropolitan blocks, the Farmstead range by Pindan Homes is sure to turn heads.
Inspired by country living, the range includes popular farmhouse-style features such as wraparound verandahs, big openspaces, high ceilings and open-plan living, all wrapped up in a series of six innovative floor plans.
Named after six rural districts of Western Australia, the designs put an emphasis on unique structural design, clever building methods, quality finishes and fittings and the use of new attractive materials.
Pindan Homes design and drafting manager Steve Haylan says the homes – Jarrahdale, Chidlow, Guilderton, Toodyay, York and Woodbridge – were specifically designed for blocks that didn’t have tight confines and boundaries in order to take advantage of spectacular views from all angles of the home.
“Entertaining family, friends and anyone in between, our Farmstead designs are perfect for families who enjoy their own space whilst still being connected to the great outdoors,” he says.
“With strong connections between indoor and outdoor spaces, Pindan homes are optimised for temperature and light control and power and water consumption, and are constructed using sustainable methods and materials where possible, encouraging natural flow and positive interactions.”
With the added flexibility of customising each floor plan to fit a particular block size –zoning requirements permitting – homeowners need not worry about a one-size-fits-all mentality. Each home is well and truly one of a kind.
The new off-the-plan design range is available now, with plans for a display home to be built later this year.
Prices are as follows; Jarrahdale $423,400; Chidlow $376,300; Guilderton $423,200; Toodyay $348,800; York $338,200; Woodbridge $412,200.
