Your ticket to Soho success
The rush of adrenaline through your body would be incredible, with your mind going into instant overdrive as you picture all the different ways you could spend the cash and transform to your new lifestyle in one of Perth’s most affluent suburbs.
This amazing, life-changing dream could become a reality when you purchase a ticket in this year’s Cancer Council Ultimate Lifestyle Lottery, with proceeds from every ticket going to the Cancer Council WA to allow them to continue to support all Western Australians affected by cancer.
This year’s ultimate prize is valued at $1.7 million and includes the Soho, a stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom home by Switch Homes (valued at $1.44 million), a brand new Audi Q2 (valued at $59,386) and $200,000 cash.
However if this ultimate prize doesn’t tickle your fancy, you can opt for the alternate prize of $1.4 million in cash to spend on whatever you like. Conveniently located on Alfred Road in the heart of Claremont, the home offers two outstanding levels of luxury living, with equal part functionality and style for easy, relaxed living and entertaining.
According to Switch Homes Sales Consultant Jeff Hitchins, the Soho has been expertly designed to get the most from the block without the need to compromise on space, style and luxury.
“Free-form living and dining areas flow naturally into a spacious galley kitchen with stone benchtops throughout, 900mm stainless steel appliances and large scullery that will be the envy of even the most discerning cook,” Mr Hitchins said.
“Dual bi-fold doors open onto separate courtyard spaces, while a study and drop zone make this ground floor perfect for entertaining family and friends.”
The second floor is equally luxurious, functional and spacious, with the inclusion of a generous master suite complemented with a hotel-style ensuite and a further two minor bedrooms and additional sitting area.
The Soho comes complete with high ceilings throughout, soft closures to cupboards and drawers, a large walk-in pantry, semi-integrated dishwasher, Miele washing machine and dryer, a fibreglass external garage door with three remote access points and much more.
In addition to the major prize is a mix of weekly prizes ranging from extravagant international trips, luxury cars,
entertainment, home and lifestyle goods. There is also an unbelievable $150,000 cash prize up for grabs for anyone who purchases a ticket before April 12.
With only 60,000 tickets available and 4000 prizes to be won, there is mathematically a one in 15 chance to win.
The Ultimate Lifestyle Lottery closes on Wednesday June 14 at 4pm WST and will be drawn on Wednesday June 28 at 11am WST at the Cancer Council WA head office in Subiaco. Winners of the lottery will be published
online on Friday June 30, and all winners will be notified in writing.
