A professional developer bought a 12 unit site in Currambine which he initially planned to develop himself. Soon after settlement, he sourced and purchased an additional development site and it was at this time he determined that the construction phase at Currambine would tie up too much capital.

Understanding the necessity for predetermined designs for the tight lots he approached SDA to overcome design challenges including compliance with the City of Joondalup’s strict District Centre Structure Plan.
We took a close look at the development and saw where we could add value. Part of the solution was to turn the rear lot units into two-storey townhouses which had far more appeal to the rental market.
After a full assessment of the property’s feasibility, we produced 12 designs which made the development both viable and saleable. These homes were quickly sold as new home and land packages through our network of property investors.
Our happy client was therefore able to free up his capital and purchase his next development site.
