The client was looking for a potential four lot subdivision in Claremont, we assisted with costings and secured all the house contracts on the subdivided block looking after all development applications and building license documentation.
Three individual homes were designed to heighten street appeal whilst also maximising space on now three narrow street front lots. Creating a house design celebrating space and style within a low maintenance home was key to the design brief and to maximise investment potential.
Each home showcases three bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, activity room, study and second separate living area. Retreating to the separate lounge area housed at the front of the home and having a secluded wing on the ground floor for the master bedroom enabled the rest of the bedrooms to be upstairs with a spacious bathroom and activity zone. The rest of the living – including modern kitchen and hidden utility room and integrated storage solutions as well as the accessible outdoor entertaining area allows for plenty of family and friends throughout the year.
