This couple turned their lifestyle around with an innovative custom home on the west coast.

Pindan Homes was challenged to bring to life a sophisticated two-storey residence that invites a relaxed, entertaining lifestyle reflective of the client’s prime City Beach address. The solution was an upside down living layout that hosts all sleeping quarters on the first floor, allowing lively living spaces to own the upstairs.

Welcoming the client home is an oversized garage, customised for caravan and boat storage to support their active outdoors lifestyle. Every entrance is grand, with an oversized feature lacquered entry pivot door and solid stonework flowing inside.
The ground floor in this custom home accommodates a private home office as well as three beautiful bedrooms strategically positioned to enjoy stunning coastal views.

For pure flexibility and functionality, a secondary kitchen with separate scullery and pantry also lives on the first floor, opening the door for self-contained guest accommodation and a floorplan that evolves with the client as their mobility changes.
